Sound lib

Hi. I need a sound-lib for an app I'm doing. This is what I need from it:

1. Abiblity to play mp3 with high quality and stability. Speed is not _that_ important.
2. Ability to "probe" the playback to see how long it has been playing. Like if you want to add a winamp-style counter to keep track of where in the song you are.
3. Ability to pitch up and down.
4. Ability to fast-forward and rewind.

Suggestions?

Have you checked out BASS and FMOD? I know they can play mp3 files. And they should allow for "probing", as lots of pc demos that use those libs remain synchronized with mp3 playback. Don't know about the other points though.
