Hello. Perhaps I'm in the wrong place; but perhaps someone can lead me. I have a concept that I would like to develop into a graphics-based application package for Windows. (And I suspect that this will be beyond my own ability to learn the necessary tools to bring to marketable.) Can anyone advise me how I might find someone who can program graphics such that we might be able to make a software application?
