Could you tell me guys, where can I find *.inc files and libs needed to write an OpenGL application using windows version of assembler?

opengl32.inc, glu32.inc and glaux32.inc are included in the standart installation of masm32, as any other inc file for the API. If you wish, email me, I can send them to you...
And the libs too...
