render view to avi file

Hi,
does anyone know how to render an opengl view in an avi file. Do you have any source code ? Or, at least, code to render bmp image files ?

i believe nehe's site has an example of this failing that try googling something like 'avi opengl'

Download the NVidia OpenGL SDK and take a look at OpenGLSDK\src\shared\moviemaker.cpp
