using the GL_EXT_fog_coord extension

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone knows where I may find sample code for the extension GL_EXT_fog_coord, and the related function, glFogCoordf. I've looked through this site, NeHe, and Nate's Programming site, and have had no luck. Any help here would be much appreciated.
