Not related with OGL

Hello people,

This question is not related with OpenGL, I would like to know some good sites that has some good stuff about CAD (2D and 3D) programming, and also, I would like to know some good sites that show some good stuff with the Windows API, I already know www.thecodeproject.com (http://www.thecodeproject.com) , www.codeguru.com. (http://www.codeguru.com.) but I want to know others..does some one know another ? Mainwhile with samples of Win SDK, and not MFC.

It is authorative, complete, and searchable. What more can you ask for? (Well, apart from an OS implementation which doesn't force you to reboot every so often -- which even Win2k does for me :-( )
