how can i use ogl for visual basic?

i have vb 4.0 and i want to be able to do some simple graphics stuff with speed. c is a little confusing to me so i want to use vb instead.

i am a total beginner with this sort of stuff ( not vb, ive done vb for 3,4 years)

I've done opengl in VB for some time. Now I'm turned to c++. But there isn't anything in VB out there, but I created some stuff.
