Mirror rep

I tried adding texture_mirror_rep in my app, but only ext I found was IBM, arn't there other ARB(EXT) extensions, if not is this extension supported on everything from TNT2?
BTW, what about all those Intel (F'n) built in graphic boards?

Delphi3D has a database that lists available extensions for many drivers/graphics cards.
