OpenGL man pages installation

Hi,

I'm new to OpenGL, trying to learn it from the Red Book. I downloaded the man pages available by ftp from sgi's site, but I can't even install them. http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/frown.gif They use 'Imakefile' for the inst. If anyone knows how to install, please post the instructions - I'm using Linux and Mesa.
