I had searched about OpenGL Driver For my video
card (S3 SAVAGE4) and I donot find it
can any one guide to OpenGL Driver Of S3 Savage4?

It depends on your OS and you don't mention what that is. Google is great for this stuff; try this:

OpenGL drivers for windows are made by the video card maker, it the maker's website does not have a download for openGL drivers then you are out of luck.

Sometimes they are included with the standard direct X drivers, like ATI installs the openGL and direct X at the same time and does not have a seperate install for openGL.
