It may sound strange but those tree lines of code are not doing the same result in my program... Is there anybody that can help me on this?

glBegin(GL_TRIANGLES);
for(i = 0; i < 3; i++)
glArrayElement(0 + i);
glEnd();
//////////////////////////
glDrawArrays(GL_TRIANGLES, 0, 3);
