How to get Opengl Working?

Hi, I posted a a querry before of how to get opengl libraries working in opengl thanks guys now its working but not completely. It says it cannot find the wimm.lib so I was wondering where can I find the libraries as Microsft says I need to install a whole new SDK and it is abot 207 mb !!!!!!! ..

wimm.lib is not an openGL library, try a google search for it.

If I remember correctly it is something to do with windows Multimedia library.
