Windows98->2000 problem

I had written a program to plot some quads and a scale and what not in a window. It works find in win 95,98,xp but on 2000 i just get a black screen.. I dont understand!! Is there some known WIn2000 quirks or bugs or something??

Maybe its the videocard?? But i have other opegl samples that work fine..

I run Windows 2k and have no problems. What kind of graphics card? What kind of app... console, Win32, MFC? If you want, I can take a look at your .exe if you can post a link and I can see if it works on mine. Or if it is not too big, you could email it to me. If more than 3 meg, don't.
