glaux or glut?

Glaux or glut? Is one better than the other?

afaik glut is the one which is still supported, glaux is outdated.. but glut also does not really work good in my experiences, sometimes crashes under linux. I personally would not use any of them (except that I use glut for teapot http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/wink.gif ), depends on the purpose, if you want to learn opengl, use glut. If you want to develop professional applications or games, I would rather use qt or motif (unix/linux) or mfc (windows).
