OpenGl 1.2 headers for Delphi

Well i found a version of opengl header but i don't like it because og the needs for init (loading by GetProcAdress(...)). Does somebody have a .pas file with static declaration ( ..;external; opengl http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/wink.gif ??

If yes, please tell me here i can find them...
