Quick question about Gle library

Just a quick question about this gle library. I am using windows xp and visual studio net for my programming is it possible to compile code using the Gle library on this system?? I tried to find gle32 source code but this does not seem to be available!
Are there any other libraries useful for perfoming sweep methods?
