Where obtain OpenGl 1.2 (dll, lib, h)?

Hi!

I bought the book OpenGL SuperBible 2nd Edition. I am looking for the SGI implementation of OpenGL 1.2. Preferable with *.dll, *.lib and *.h.
It seems that there is only cominig OpenGL 1.1.
I looked on OpenGL.org and sgi.com.

OpenGL is controlled by Microsoft on the Windows platform. MS will not update the opengl32.dll file or let anyone else do that but your OpenGL driver supports 1.2

Not a big problem perhaps but it makes it little more difficult to use the latest version of OpenGL. This has been discussed many times before for example here http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/Forum2/HTML/004319.html
