View Full Version : What model's editor should I use?

I need to load models in my game. And I got a problem, what editor to select. Now I use MilkShape 3D. But it not fully satisfy me. It has such features:
- only one set of texture coordinats;
- only two textures.
I need textures of color, bump, alpha, lighting, set of environment maps. And all they could have their own coordinates.
I hear something about GMAX, but I'm not shure.
Please give me some advise about editors.

I've been playing with Blender3d for one of my recent projects. Seems to work pretty well. It's not the most intuitive layout, but it's got a number of different features. You can get it at http://www.blender3d.org.
