yes, try searching google http://www.lunarpages.com/istudios/tuts/vbglapi.html
that popped up, I don't know how good it is, but I know VB libraries are out there somewhere

Try giving a look also at NeHe site, he has VB ports for his tutorials...

nehe took down all the sources but the VC++ ones for awhile. You shouldnt use VB for graphics. Its to slow. Use C++. Theres also much more docs you can find for c++ then vb.
