for DirectX there are *.x files to use easely *.3ds files from 3dsmax and load them in your program

IS THERE A SUCH INTERSTING THING IN OPENGL

Nope, opengl doesn't have anything like that. In some ways, it's lower level than directX.

Writing code to import *.ase of *.3ds files shouldn't take long though - do a search on this site and you'll find loads of posts about the topic.
