There are so many versions of DirectX, higher Versions have more Funktions!
Is this also the same with Opengl and wich Version does the Current OpenglVersion have?

Ofcourse newer/"higher" version of OpenGL exposes more functionality than older versions.
There are also extensions, for example to take advantage of new/specific features in hardware.
The current version of OpenGL is... well, that depends! http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/smile.gif
Usually on a Win98 box you'd have version 1.1. But since there are extension, I guess on *certain* hardware you will have most of the functionality of the new version 1.2.
