rendering algorithms

hi,
I am using a simulation software which at present can render the scene at 20 fps. Is there any rendering algorithm to enhance the frame rate by 60 fps.
please suggest,

Hi,

the framerate is probably bound to a 50ms standard windows timer which is used to synchronize the application. Basically the framerate depends on hardware limitations und ofcourse the complexity. If the system is capebal of much higher framerates, a faster timer is the solution.
