Microsoft or SGI OpenGL implementation

I want to know which OpenGL implementation in the best for windows, i have two .dlls on my system opengl32.dll (microsoft) and opengl.dll (sgi).

OpenGL.dll was optimized for software rendering (with limitations), its not supported anymore, ignore it.
