I need to know if I draw polygones in back face I will have the illusion of holes in my bigger polygone drawn in front face?

Perhaps it's possible to add a mask (black)on the first texture, your setup the blending and just see ?

I realy dont know how I can do that. I am a very beginner and admit that I am totaly lost.
