Hi guys:
i am new to opengl programming. i know that opengl is an open source. If it is so where is its source code? if there is a one is it downloadable? all i can find is the spec of the opengl and its vertex shading language. HELP

OpenGL is a standard, and "open" in OpenGL refers to OpenGL being an open standard. And the documents you have found IS OpenGL; the document describing the standard. Saying OpenGL is open source just doesn't make sense, as there is no code.

However, there are code available for certain implementations of this standard, Mesa 3D (http://www.mesa3d.org) for example.
