which timer is better to use ? From the time.h or from GLUT ?

From GLFW (http://hem.passagen.se/opengl/glfw) . Its timer has microsecond resolution (close to nanosecond resolution on many systems).

if you can send me compiled libraries that would be great because i was unble to compile them(some stupid MSVC error)
