'Still unable to open 'dots.def'

When I attempt to run the program it gives me the fatal error message, Unable to open 'dots.def'. Pleasem remember I am working in Boreland 5.

How about a little more information!
Is this an example you have downloaded?
Where did you download it from?

Is the file "dots.def" in the same directory as the exe file.
Take a look at the .c or .cpp files and see where it expects the "dots.def" file to be located and make sure the file is there.
