A long time ago.. before the we had ever heard of "LongHorn"
There was a person who had the same Idea;
replace the GDi with DirectX ?

But OpenGL 2.0 will do this much better by far.

So Linux can't stay behind, there for i think its time for Linux to get a simmilar thing as "LongHorn" only made with OpenGL 2.0.
