Radeon 9600 - no opengl downloads

my Radeon 9600 works furfectly, but I dont have OpenGL for it and every single help thing on the openGl site sais go to card maufacturer and download, and its not there, so how do I get it?

OpenGL is included in video drivers, get them here from ATI, just select proper OS/card :

doesn't seem to work, gets to the setup and sais change your display driver to VGA or something like that

I think I'll just get someone to help me with it
