Can somebody help me with my sound I was running windows 98 and my sound just went I upgraded to 2000 pro but still cannot get any sound. Running direct X diagnostic tool I clicked on the sound dab to test sound. Result said failure @step 19 (user verification of software) HRESULT=0X00000000(unknown error)
What dose it mean please Help Reg.
