I have bothe the cards listed above installed on my computer. Both work and I can run QuakeII with both. However I can only run Q3 on the riva 128 card. And neither card will run open gl for some reason. How can I fix this? Are the drivers available? Thanks in advanced.

You must have OpenGL to be able to run Q3 so the riva card is OK. I do not think that the other card has support for OpenGL.

The Rage II+ doesn't support 3D acceleration on Windows 2000. It has an MCD for Windows NT (3.5 and 4.0), but in any case it's too slow to be able to run current games.
