Problems with Elsa Erazor IIIpro

All OpenGL games (QuakeIII, KingPin, etc) are looking very strange. Can somebody help me???

The textures looking rainbow and the HUD is unreadable. If I change the resolution and the colors sometimes it goes better. But if I start a new game the effect is the same.
