View Full Version : PROBLEM INSTALLING GL SETUP!!! HEELLPP!!!!

EVERYTIME I INSTALL GL SETUP ( knowing that this is needed in order for me to play quake 3, for it will install the matching open gl driver ) IT ALWAYS GIVE THIS ERROR MESSAGE:

..CANNOT CONTINUE INSTALLATION...Gl setup does not contain opengl driver for your display device...
--UNKNOWN DISPLAY DEVICE--
help..what should i do?

Actually, opengl support is delivered with the driver from your video card manufacturer. GLsetup is not required.

Have you even tried running the game? Download and install the latest driver from your video card manufacturer, and you should be good to go.
