if you have winME/98/98SE/95
you can download from support section of www.intel.com (http://www.intel.com)
or you can download glsetup from www.glsetup.com (http://www.glsetup.com) (it will find your video card and will download latest GL driver)

If you have win2000/XP/NT or others
you have no chance
