Voodoo4 4500 Is it supported by OpenGL

I have a Voodoo4 4500 32Mb PCI card and it appears that an OpenGL driver is not supported for this device. Is this correct? Can anyone help? I am trying to run Voyager Elite Force but performance is very choppy.

I guess you have to download the lastes OPEN GL driver, i have that card too, and sometimes playing American Mcgee's Alice the game stocks...
