where can i find the opengl driver for Tribes2

i have a voodoo 3, a good proccesor (p III), and 128 ram. Shouldn't Tribes 2 run well? it's running like crap and i think it's because i don't have the opengl driver. So if you want to help me, please tell me where i can find an opengl driver. Thankyou.

I tried to use the latest glsetup with my Radeon Ve and glsetup failed.
