Win XP pro - Intel i740

I need some help... duh.

I'm running WindowsXP, PIII600 w/ 256RAM and an Intel i740.

Basically, I want to play Quake3 but it won't run.

Does anyone know how I can implement the OpenGL for this card using this operation system?

and also windoes xp sucks
