removed old card, installled kyro2 and still same fps?

i removed my old voodoo card (4mb) and i installed the new hercules 3d prophet 4500 (kyro2) and when im in counterstrike and i use opengl i get the same fps of 15 as i did before?!?!

what is wrong? i've updated all my drivers and reinstalled the game and windows 2kpro

Some games and I think counterstrike is one of them has both software and hardware supported rendering. If you want OpenGL supported graphics do you have to select it in "Video Options" or similar.
