Hi. QuakeII does not running under OpenGL. It's write - no hardware acceleration detect. OS - Win2000ru+SP3. Under Win98 - all works. Video:Intel82845G Graphics controller. Other games not testing. But i think q3-arena wasnot work too.

It should work fine if you obtain the latest drivers for your integrated 3d chip from Intel.
