Higher Refresh rate?

I am playing medal of honor, but cannot get the game to use a higher refresh rate than 60Hz. Too much of a flicker! I have a GEForce 4 420 64Mb card, using a screen res of 1024x768 in the game, but there is no way to set the refresh rate to 75Hz or 85Hz? Am I missing something? Help please.
