i tried to run call of duty but when i'm run exe file there's an error about configure.csv not found i've got a proper gfx card (gf4 gainward) so what's the problem?

The problem is that you use a incomplete rip of the game.

Go and complain to the ones who pirated the game.

Or even better BUY the game.
