Help please.

I've got DX 9 installed on Win 2k3 along with the newest nvidia drivers but for some reason all my games say they can't find a Direct3d renderer and in DXDiag it says that Direct 3d won't work.Also the Open GL is buggered too. Ive tried installing and re-installing them a few times but to no avail. It's a Gforce 4 Ti 4200 64mb. Any ideas or fixes?

only i got an geforce 2 mx400, dunno what's wrong, i mailed microsoft and nvidia but still no answer. if u find something plz contact me dude. same with u !!
