Installing and Using OpenGL

Hi!!!
I'm new using OpenGl :confused: , I'm under Windows XP, please tell me how do I install this for use it in CPP codes.
Maybe when I compile, i will need a special flags or parameters to compile, tell me them too.
I only need a little program so i don´t need use it a lot (i´m a student, is for homework :D )

You probably dont need to install anything if your display drivers are up-to-date.
