View Full Version : gforce2 MX400 polygon flickering on screen

I have a geforce2 mx400 card running on win2000 server. I am trying to play games like return to wolfenstein castle, team arena etc and they all have the same problem which is...
The game actually loads and is actually playing. The problem however is that i cannot see the models, or rather anything that is created with polygons. So what happens i just see thousands of tiny triangle flickering on screen where objects are supposed to be. If i dont touch anything on the mouse or keyboard for a while the triangles disappear and the screen clears up.

NOW, I WONDER WHO CAN HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM????????

What driver and version are you using? You might try downloading the latest from www.nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com)

No no... do not EVER use Windows Update to update your video card drivers.

GOTO www.nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com) and download the latest driver for your card.

Here, let me give you the direct link:
http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=winxp-2k_44.03

Download and install it.
