Half Life Open Gl Error JIT Must be enabled

I just bought a 3D Prophet II Mx Pci card and installed it. Ran Half-Life and recieved the error that opengl.cpp on line 4466 Open GL_Provider != NULL . It says to press retry to debug but that doesnt work and it says that JIT Must be Enabled. I reinstalled drivers for both the card and opengl but to no avail. Any body know how to enable JIT or anybody have a solution to this problem?

Are you sure that the drivers was installed correct? Can you run the game with Direct3D? If that is a nvidia card can you download drivers dierct from nvidia.
